شروط الاستخدام
باستخدامك تطبيق إقبال في متجرك على سلة فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط، إلى جانب شروط سلة وسياستها لمتجر التطبيقات.
الخدمة
يضيف التطبيق لواجهة متجرك أدوات تحويل (إشعارات الشراء، وتنبيهات صفحة المنتج، وشريط الإضافة للسلة الثابت، وشريط الإعلان، ونافذة كود الخصم، وشارات الثقة) ويعرض لك أرقامها. لا يغيّر التطبيق منتجاتك ولا طلباتك ولا أسعارك.
صحة ما يُعرض
تُبنى إشعارات الشراء والتنبيهات على بيانات متجرك الفعلية. أنت مسؤول عن صحة ما تكتبه بنفسك: نص الإعلان، وكود الخصم (الذي تنشئه في سلة)، وشارات الثقة التي تختارها، فاختر ما ينطبق على متجرك فعلًا.
الاشتراك والفوترة
تتم الفوترة والفترة التجريبية والتجديد والإلغاء عبر سلة وحسب سياساتها. عند انتهاء الاشتراك تتوقف الأدوات في متجرك تلقائيًا.
توفر الخدمة
نسعى لتشغيل الخدمة باستمرار، لكن قد تتوقف مؤقتًا للصيانة أو بسبب أعطال لدى مزودي الخدمة أو سلة؛ وعندها يعمل متجرك كالمعتاد دون الأدوات.
حدود المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي». بالقدر الذي يسمح به النظام، لا نتحمل مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة أو الأرباح الفائتة، وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية على المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابل التطبيق خلال الشهر السابق للمطالبة.
التغييرات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط وننشر التحديث على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخه. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك عليه.

By using Iqbal in your Salla store you agree to these terms, alongside Salla's terms and App Store policies.
The service
The app adds conversion widgets to your storefront (purchase alerts, product page alerts, a sticky add-to-cart bar, an announcement bar, a coupon popup and trust badges) and shows you their numbers. It never changes your products, orders or prices.
What is shown
Purchase alerts and product alerts come from your store's real data. You are responsible for what you write yourself: the announcement, the coupon code (created in Salla) and the trust badges you pick, so choose what is true for your store.
Subscription and billing
Billing, trials, renewals and cancellations go through Salla under its policies. When a subscription ends, the widgets stop in your store automatically.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running, but it may pause for maintenance or because of problems at our providers or Salla; your store keeps working without the widgets.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the month before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will publish the update here with its date. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it.
